Episcopal Church Women (ECW)
All women members of the church are automatically members of the
ECW which is a National and International body of Episcopal
Church women.
Our local group meets monthly and we attend Diocesan wide
meetings at our Camp Weed site in Live Oak, FL.
The ECW raises funds, puts on bake sales, makes bags of
goodies for Hubbard House children, helps with Episcopal Relief and
Development in the purchases of goats and chickens.
Along with purchasing and maintaining the Hymnals and Books of
Common Prayer. ECW puts on the Mother's Day Brunch,
Fathers Day Luncheon, and many more activities.
We appreciate all the help from the members of Resurrection in
all our activities.
Past Events;
- Feb. 21 - Conference at Camp Weed. Thirteen Dollars
per person attending.
- March 21 - Clean-up of grounds in preparation for Easter
- April 4 - Easter Egg Hunt
- April 11 - Garage Sale
- May 2 - The annual ECW Mothers's Day Brunch will be held in the
parish hall on Saturday at 11:00. Ladies please join us for
fun, food, refreshments and many surprises.
